法轮功的起始
李洪志90年代初开始，打着气功旗号治病骗钱。1991年5-9月去泰国探望妹妹李平（其妹夫为泰籍台湾人），回来后声称得到佛法，于1993年4月出版《中国法轮功》，开始到各地讲法，并于1993年8月在中国气功科学研究会登记。1994年8月去美国一次，后又于1994年9月去法国3个月，这几次出国，每出一次李洪志本人就提高一个“层次”。回国后大肆宣扬“法轮大法”，到处作报告，并于1994年12月出版了《转法轮》（这就是李要他的信众们从头读到尾的“经书”）。
1994年中央文件
1994年12月5日，中共中央、国务院颁布了“关于加强科学技术普及工作的若干意见”，其中第12条明确“要充分认识破除反科学、伪科学的长期性、复杂性和艰巨性，把这项工作始终不懈地坚持下去。对利用封建迷信搞违法犯罪活动的要坚决依法打击，对反动会道门组织要坚决依法取缔，对参与封建迷信活动的人要进行批评教育。各级领导干部要以身作则，自觉加强对现代科学文化知识、科学方法和科学思想的学习，自觉反对和抵制各种反科学思潮的冲击和影响，不准参与、鼓励各种封建迷信和伪科学活动。禁止党政干部参神拜庙、求封占卜、大办丧事，为树立良好的社会风气起模范带头作用。”
在中央文件的精神鼓舞下，1994年12月12日，李洪志的老家长春就有100多人联名给中央有关部门送了详细材料揭露李洪志是一个江湖骗子（据了解，一份送中国科协学会部，但未向领导汇报；另三份送中国气功科学研究会，其中一份由黄静波同志锁在保险柜中，另有一份被偷给了李洪志）。这时，他慌了神，准备出逃。1995年1月2日就在北京法轮大法辅导员会议上明确地说：“大过年的还把大家召集来开个会，这个会不开还不行，因为我们好多学员都知道我马上要去国外传功。”于是李洪志的主要亲信和骨干叶浩就把李送到香港，由纪烈武把他送到美国。此后，李于1995年5月31日到美国休斯敦市访问、演讲，并骗取了休斯顿市“荣誉市民”和“亲善大使”的称号，随即又于1995年8月到马来西亚吉隆坡进行1个月的访问，演讲。
国家新闻出版署根据群众揭发并经过认真审读，于1996年7月24日发出“关于立即收缴封存《中国法轮功》等五种书的通知”。中国气功科学研究会也因李洪志利用传功，宣传封建迷信，神化个人，制造政治谣言，将神学伪装科学，于1996年12月9日注销了“法轮功”的登记，至此，“法轮功”不论是组织上还是宣传品都是非法的。
但是，李洪志却以听过他讲歪理邪说的信众为骨干力量，已经成立了“法轮大法研究会”和各地区的辅导总站，辅导站，并任命了若干辅导员，在全国各地非法发展组织。除了文化层次较低的一般民众外，目标主要是革命老干部，国家机要部门干部以及中青年知识分子。以便寻得庇护支持、盗窃国家机密并利用中青年知识分子作为法轮功的第二梯队和第三梯队。
这一点李洪志1995年一月已明确指出：“我不在的情况下，研究会做出的决定，我们全国各地辅导站都要听从、执行。作为一个辅导员那就更责无旁贷了。”同时，李洪志还明确说：“研究会做出的一切决定都是经过我同意的，我就是在任何地方，他们做出什么决定也是通过电话、传真和我取得联系之后他们才做出的。”这就是李洪志严密控制下的“法轮功”秘密组织系统！
“法轮功”的疯狂与败露
李洪志逃往境外后就在世界各地“讲法”发展“法轮功”邪教组织，同时不断向国内发出“经文”，组织进行各种反社会，反人民的活动。
1997年，“法轮功”在国内的活动和危害日益暴露，首先是中国佛教协会于1997年2月组织发表了揭露“法轮功”的文章，明确指出“法轮功”是“附佛外道”（即打着佛教旗号的邪魔外道）。随后，在浙江坚决打击了“法轮功”非法发展组织的同时，《钱塘周末》于1997年12月12日发表了“一个年轻知识分子缘何猝死”，揭露“法轮功”害人的真相。接着1998年4月1日《齐鲁晚报》刊登了“法轮功是咋回事”揭露了练功不吃药，延误治疗甚至导致病人死亡的案例。
何祚庥此时也惊呼后院起火！原来他们研究所的一个博士生炼“法轮功”“走火入魔”，坐在床边，几天不吃不喝也不说话，北京电视台记者李波对此事进行了采访，并作了电视节目报导。
与此同时，各新闻媒体纷纷揭露“法轮功”是害人功。这时候“法轮功”立即组织信众，无视法律，于1998年6月1日～3日组织千余人围攻《齐鲁晚报》，同时也围攻其它新闻媒体。这时李洪志偷跑回来亲自指挥，于1998年6月1日起围攻北京电视台。按李洪志的设计准备组织上万人围攻，结果只来了千余人，李为此大为恼火，撤换了北京站的站站长，换上了积极指挥围攻北京电视台的姚洁。
尽管国家新闻出版署根据群众揭发并经过认真审读，于1996年7月24日发出“关于立即收缴封存《中国法轮功》等五种书的通知”。中国气功科学研究会也因李洪志利用传功，宣传封建迷信，神化个人，制造政治谣言，将神学伪装科学，于1996年12月9日注销了“法轮功”的登记，应该清楚“法轮功”不论是组织上还是宣传品都是非法的。但北京电视台记者李波还是被开除了，法轮功的气焰从此变得更加嚣张。
这正是“4·25”的预演。
为此，李洪志还大为后悔，认为应该直攻中宣部。失望之余，接着李洪志1998年7月6日就写了一篇发给“法轮功”信众人手一册的必读小本本《挖根》。说：“我早就看到有个别人，心不是为了维护大法，而是为了维护人类社会的什么。你如果作为一个常人我不反对，做一个维护人类社会的好人当然是件好事。可是你现在是个修炼的人，站在什么基点上看待大法，这是根子上的问题，也正是我要给你指出的。在你们的修炼中，我会用一切办法暴露出你们所有的心，从根子上挖掉它。
你们不能总是让我带着往上走，而你们自己不走，法讲明了你们才动，没有讲明你们就不动或反向动，我不能承认这种行为是修炼。关键时我要叫你们决裂人时，你们却不跟我走，每一次机会都不会再有。修炼是严肃的，差距拉开得越来越大了，修炼中加上任何人的东西都是极其危险的。其实能做一个好人也可以，只是你们要清楚，路是你们自己选择的。”
这意思就是让信众们不要去维护人类社会，而是要与人决裂？换一句话说，就是要信众们去破坏人类社会！
接着，李洪志1998年7月26日在长春又紧急召开了辅导员会。会上有人问：在北京类似事件中，坚定实修者怎样？李洪志的回答是：“坚定实修者怎样，你这话什么意思？好像大家都没有听明白吧？就是说你没有参与，你自己‘坚定实修了’，是不是这个意思？话中有为自己失去圆满机会而找理由根据，心都用到我这来了。道理我已经讲得再清楚不过了。每一次事情，出现这个大的事情的时候，都是一个最好的考验学员走出那圆满的那最好的一步，最好的时机。我们有的人就能走出来，有的人他还觉得自己为了实修不动呢。圆满了你都不动，我看你怎么办，你也不想圆满。光是修，修为了什么？不是圆满吗？实际上是为你自己找借口，为你另外一颗心找借口。不是实修不动，你平时表现得真的那么实修，那么不动吗？”
这时候，李洪志反社会，反人类的嘴脸已经彻底暴露无遗了。开始时李洪志是要信众们读他的《转法轮》，一遍一遍的读就可以提高层次，最后达到“圆满”，这就是“坚定实修”。但是到了1998年变了，搞反政府，反社会的行动才能提高“层次”，才能达到“园满”。
根据《法轮大法》的种种非法活动，新闻出版署于1998年6月16日编写了《新闻出版要情》（共印17份）向中央报告了“法轮功”围攻新闻单位的情况，公安部于1998年7月21日发出对《法轮功》进行调查的通知。这时他们利用向党政机关的非法渗透，盗窃文档资料，及时发出了两则《简讯》号召信徒们抵制，并且组织一些老红军，老革命，老科学家们联名（这其中就包括“301”的老院长李其华；“法轮功”的核心骨干公安部十一局的叶浩；中纪委副局级检查员、监察专员葛秀蓝等21人，只有3人是无党派的包括关贵敏，其余全是中共党员。这里还简单说一下关贵敏现在美国，家中布置的就是供奉李洪志的佛堂，去年还打电话给李谷一要她不要参加“同一首歌”活动，说那是反“法轮功”的，被李谷一严词驳斥。）写信给中央，吹捧《法轮大法》，妄图蒙蔽中央，使中央投鼠忌器以达到保护他们继续进行非法活动的目的。
与此同时，由于“宗教文化出版社”于1998年6月出版了《佛教“气功”与法轮功》，揭露了“法轮功”的邪教真相。于是他们又向中央告恶状，写了《关于中国佛教协会公开攻击法轮功有碍社会稳定的情况报告》，署名的正好是“法轮大法研究会”的核心骨干，即李昌、于长新、王治文、叶浩、纪烈武、汤学华等6人，从而暴露了马脚。
何祚庥再攻“法轮功”
1998年中国科学院“法轮功”头头孔繁芬亲自出马找何祚庥，说那个博士生“走火入魔”是炼了杂功，“法轮功”是好的，同时送了一本《转法轮》和景占义炼“法轮功”元神出窍进入了炼钢炉的报告文本。让何祚庥也去炼“法轮功”。然而，不久还是那个博士生继续炼“法轮功”再次“走火入魔”，坐在床边，几不吃不喝，但是口中喃喃说着：“李洪志老师救我”。没办法，只好请他家人把他接回去治疗。他家人把他的各种炼“法轮功”材料，交给何祚庥请他来研究“法轮功”为什么这样“邪”。何祚庥把这些材料交给宗教专家段启明去研究，另外，根据国家新闻出版署的要求，对新出来的“法轮大法”的五种图书进行审查，即花城出版社一本，以青海人民出版社名义的四本（非法出版物）由郭正谊审读。
鉴于围攻北京电视台未达到预期的声势，李洪志在1998年在国外“讲法”时就一再造谣说大陆上有一亿人练“法轮功”，自壮声势，并为他的信众鼓气。这完全是谎言，重复一千遍也没有用。我们可以不考虑政府察明的准确数字，但是我们清楚，“法轮功”渗透的省市有二十左右，即占全国的2/3，其总人口约8～9亿，如果真有1亿人练“法轮功”，那我们身边每8～9个人中就应该有一个练“法轮功”的人，然而事实上各单位“法轮功”练习者不过是千分之1～3，再除掉婴幼儿，统计下来，最多是200万左右。
1999年1月，段启明在无神论研究会上报告，详细介绍了李洪志的出身经历，学历（初中），篡改生日等情况，并详细的批判了他反科学、反人类的种种邪说，同时也举了若干炼“法轮功”致死的案例。郭正谊就审查的五本书作了补充：李洪志说他是宇宙间至高无上的神，其他的宗教都完了！科学本身就是邪教。这已经是末劫时期，只有他才能救人类，还吹嘘在中国大陆，信徒已有一亿。
会长任继愈认为这是典型的危害全人类的邪教，应该尽快整理好材料上报中央，为了防止层层阻力，我们将以个人名义直报。
1999年初，天津《青少年科技博览》请郭正谊邀请何祚庥为他们刊物写一篇稿子，何祚庥欣然同意，及时送去了那篇有名的《我不赞成青少年练气功》，此文在1999年第四期发表。于是一场新的斗争开始了。在李洪志的谣言蛊惑下，不少修练者就以为真的有一亿人撑腰，加之又有李洪志的法身护体，还有那个“人不炼法法炼人”的法轮在身上转，于是就丧失理智让干什么违法的事就去干。在1999年4月18日围攻天津教育学院时就气势汹汹地宣称：在天津我们有20万弟子，在北京有100万信徒……，似乎是人多就能吓倒人。然而这都是肥皂泡一样的自欺欺人的谎言。
此时，天津每晚与北京联系，开始只是天津的一些人，接着唐山的也来了，后来东北又来了一大批。谈判代表也升格了，于长新亲自上阵。由于我们已把有关资料都传给了天津，告他们这是非法组织的非法活动。一定要顶住，当然天津市委也是坚决支持天津教育学院顶住法轮功骚扰的。
与此同时，在北京“法轮功”信徒也不断到何祚庥家闹事。说那个博士生炼功姿式不对，才“走火入魔”的，何祚庥说你们的炼功姿式都一样吗？说也都不一样。何祚庥说你们也千万别炼了，不然也都会“走火入魔”。……
4月22日召开纪念五四座谈会，于光远老第一个发言：他说看来就会发生大事，最后是段启明讲了“法轮功”问题。午饭后，任老批评我们办事拖拉，亲自修订了上报材料，大家签了名，说一定要在星期一送到中央。然而“法轮功”比我们先走了半步。终于我们的材料在4月·25日下午送到中央，当时国务院的人正与李昌等人交涉。
这就是在李洪志的谎言鼓动和他4月22日潜回北京亲自指挥下，终于组织了“法轮功”练习者包围天津又转到北京上万人围困中南海的1999年的4·25事件。应该指出，在此之前，“法轮功”在美国的新闻发言人易蓉已经向世界各大媒体发布：最近北京将有大事发生，请密切关注。至此，李洪志及其邪教“法轮功”阴谋策划反社会、反人民、反政府的《4。25》事件暴露无遗。
境外造势指挥，境内猖狂
“法轮功”练习者是如何组织和指挥的？是用了Internet互联网。
1999年5月2日李洪志在悉尼接见新闻媒体时，记者问：李先生我想问一下儿,全世界有那么多的学员，有一亿多人。你跟他们沟通的途径，大概有哪几种？回答是：没有什么沟通途径，没有直接的沟通途径。你们知道，因为你们都知道这里开会了，我也就知道了，他们互相之间，为什么说哪个地方有什么事情都知道呢？大家知道Internet互联网，这个东西在全世界是非常方便的，说哪里要开会的时候，就在网上打出来，全世界很多地区的人也就知道了，我也就能知道，其实我和他们平时没有任何往来，连电话都没有。（这就又让我们想起了1995年1月李洪志曾说过的：“研究会作出的一切决定都是经过我同意的，我就是在任何地方，他们作出什么决定也是通过电话、传真和我取得联系之后他们才作出的。”那时候李洪志还只知道通过电话、传真来控制大法组织，如今跑到国外后，得到“洋主子”支持，用了Internet互联网，果真是提高“层次”了！）
4·25以后，李洪志的“公告栏”在6月2日宣布：“不论环境如何艰难，我们给他们正确认识法轮大法真实情况的机会。在Internet网络上读者可以看到各种有关消息。”也就是说所有“法轮功”修练者已经完全被Internet网络所控制了。
在这里想公布一个数字，在1999年4·25前后，“法轮功”的Internet互联网站，在美国是39个，在其他国家是20几个，在大陆是20个，另加香港、台湾各一个。这百十多个网站都是非商业性的，免费提供各种材料，其经费来源不言自明。
当时，国内的网站站长是李昌，而叶浩在4·25前逃往加拿大，4·25后叶浩立即在那里又建立了“明慧网”，共有6个镜象站点（随后又设立了新生、见证等网站）。而国内也增设了4个不被注意的小站点。他们利用网站和信箱，传递消息，攻击政府，鼓动信众，制造动乱。例如：在6月4日清晨，北京的练功点上都普遍传阅或宣读一份李洪志于1999年6月2日写的“我的一点感想”，经我们查找李洪志于1999年6月2日写的“我的一点感想”，竟然是在台湾的法轮功网上发出的，而且是简体中文的！只是在6月4日以后，大陆的网点才纷纷转贴出李洪志的“我的一点感想”。
1999年7月22日我国公开取缔“法轮功”和“法轮大法研究会”，7月31日发出对邪教头子李洪志的通辑令。国内的非法网站全部查封。这时李洪志在美国龟缩起来，直到现在不敢在公开场合露面。这时“法轮功”组织的指挥权完全落在叶浩控制的“明慧网”上，而在社会上公开活动的，则是自称是“法轮功”的发言人张尔平（曾为李洪志的英文翻译）。
3月20日，联合国第56届人权大会在日内瓦召开，李洪志一伙打着“人权”的幌子，让张尔平组织一批“法轮功”信众到日内瓦大搞集体“练功”，其中不乏外国修练者。张尔平还在会外举行记者招待会、“谴责中国”签名活动和所谓的“受害者控诉”等，不遗余力地为美国搞反华提案鼓噪，企图仰仗西方敌对势力对我国政府施压。
与之配合的是在“明慧网”的指挥下，4月13日，联合国人权委员会即将表决美国提出的所谓谴责中国的议案之际，100多名“法轮功”顽固分子突然在北京天安门广场聚集滋事，企图引起全世界的瞩目，与美国反华势力遥相呼应。
紧接着在“明慧网”的宣传和指挥下，精心策划，大肆煽动在2000年4月25日、5月11日、5月13日（即李洪志及“法轮功”邪教组织骨干借助所谓的非法围聚中南海一周年、李洪志精心篡改的“生日”以及所谓的“世界法轮大法日”等“纪念日”），聚众闹事，企图掀起轩然大波。
在这场所谓的5月13日“世界法轮大法日”，“明慧网”不遗余力的宣传，我们且看其中的一段“中午时分纽约市首届世界法轮大法日庆祝活动正式开始。各种族学员本国语言致贺词，集体功法演示，教功，咨询，采访......就在第一轮功法演示结束后，公园的扩音喇叭里传来了一个亲切温暖的消息：我们尊敬的师父问大家好！”
原来在这时李洪志虽然躲避在美国，也还是不敢见人，不敢见阳光。在这情况下不少信众起了疑心，李洪志哪里去了？有人就引用《转法轮》中“再奔就五十岁去了”，说李洪志过了50岁生日后已经“圆满”离开人间了。在这时“明慧网”乱了阵脚，在“明慧网”和别的网站上一再宣称“重大问题一定要看明慧网的态度”并发动了一场“助师世间行”活动，要信众走向中小城市去宣传“法轮功”，这在大陆虽然无效，但确实渗透到国外的中小城市。
接着在“明慧网”李洪志连续发表言论，煽动执迷不悟的“法轮功”顽固分子铤而走险。例如在6月16日在“明慧网”上发出的“走向圆满”中，李洪志煽动说：“顶着压力走出来证实大法的弟子是伟大的。弟子们等待着圆满，我也不能再等待下去了。”在他的授意、教唆下，“法轮功”组织的非法活动变本加厉、迅速增多，北京等地甚至多次发生了上百名”法轮功“练习者非法聚集事件。
“明慧网”发动的“助师世间行”活动，由于在大陆无效，他们就又鼓动信众贴标语，撒传单，并在网上给出1页、2页、3页……的传单底稿，以达到扰乱社会的目的。
2000年9月27日“明慧网”又发出了“严肃的教诲——记师父最近一次谈话”在这个“谈话”中，李洪志说：“我为在这一年多来，为证实大法而走出来的弟子、未来的大觉者们而高兴。无论他们被关押或为坚修大法而失去人的生命，他们都是圆满。”“有人说：走出来是参与政治、和人斗等等，用这借口欺骗着自己，还动摇着其他想要走出来的人。还有的人说：师父为什么不快点结束这件事呢？我用人的话说他们一句：这些人还好意思说呢！那些在魔难中遭到迫害的弟子就是在痛苦中等待他们哪！等待着他们走出人来。”“这和99年4·25以前，老弟子怎么学好法、得到法时的心态不是一回事，那时候是学、是得法，现在是学法的同时在邪恶迫害法时如何起到证实法的作用。”
为了保存他潜伏下来的幕后班子，李洪志又说：“其实国内一定高的社会阶层的学员如能在自己的环境中利用他们的条件证实大法，因此不向邪恶暴露自己，也是了不起的在证实大法……”
也正是在这时候，“明慧网”上又发出了《正法修炼》、《走向圆满》等文章，说什么“目前已到法正人间的关键时刻”，10月1日国庆节“全体大法弟子一定要排除束缚和阻挡”到天安门广场去“完成最后的修炼过程”。甚至扬言，10月1日将有10万大法弟子到天安门广场示威！
10月1日国庆节确有20万人齐集天安门广场，但不是示威，而是观看升国旗仪式。之后，也确有千余个“法轮功”邪教组织顽固分子受李洪志等人的煽动，跑到天安门广场进行非法聚集活动。混入正在天安门广场游览的群众中，非法散发宣传品、打横幅、喊口号，企图聚集闹事，扰乱广场秩序。受到广大的群众的严厉斥责，很快地就被依法带走。这可能是他们竭尽全力能骗来的最大队伍了。
事实表明，这次“法轮功”邪教组织的滋事活动是李洪志等精心组织的有预谋、有计划、有目的的通过“明慧网”组织的反政府的政治活动。国庆节在北京天安门广场滋事的“法轮功”顽固分子行动一致，身着统一制作的服装，准时在同一时间露面。从国庆节发生在天安门广场的举动看，“法轮功”组织在中国境内还有严密的组织。这正是李洪志说的：国内一定高的社会阶层的学员如能在自己的环境中利用他们的条件，因此不暴露自己的那些人。
之后，“明慧网”一再在其他网上声明：“明慧网”与李洪志关系一直密切。并准备在美国旧金山举行“法轮大法周”进行配合。10月21日在旧金山市凯悦酒店聚集了约500名法轮功信徒搞活动。下午3时，在多名保镳的护卫下，龟缩了一年零三个月的李洪志突然来到现场，并讲了30分钟话。一方为走出来的信徒打气，又大讲当前的形势及法轮大法面临的局面。最后，李洪志表示要借此机会，向美国、加拿大各级政府予法轮功及其个人的支持表示感谢。
这一切充分说明，李洪志一伙已完全丧失国格、人格，积极投靠国外反华势力，心甘情愿地充当国际敌对势力干涉我国内政的工具。

Origination of Falun Gong
Li Hongzhi swindled money by curing diseases with Qigong from early 1990s. He visited his younger sister Li Ping (Whose husband is Chinese Thai) in Thailand from May to September, 1991. Li Hongzhi claimed to receive the power of Buddha when he returned to China. He published "Chinese Falun Gong" in April of 1993 and spread his theory in China. He registered Falun Gong in the Scientific Research Association of Chinese Qigong in August of 1993. Li Hongzhi went to USA in August of 1994 and then went to France for 3 months in September. He claimed that he got a higher level every time when he went abroad。He advocated Falun Gong without restraint after coming back, giving reports everywhere, and published transfer the Wheel in December of 1994 (this was the lection which Li Hongzhi required his believers to read over) .

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued several opinions to strengthen the popularization of science and technology on December 5, 1994. Among the opinions the twelfth article clarifies the protracted nature, complexity and arduous nature of realizing and eradicating Anti-science and pseudoscience. Never slack at persevere this work. Attack illegal activity that utilizes superstition in accordance with the law uncompromisingly; ban the reactionary superstitious organization in accordance with the law uncompromisingly; Criticize and educate the person who participates in superstitious activity. The leaders and cadres should set an example to others; strengthen the study of modern cultural and scientific knowledge of modern science, scientific method and scientific thought consciously; oppose and resist the impacts and influence of various Anti-science ideological trends consciously; neither participates in nor encourage various superstition and activity of pseudoscience. Forbid the cadre in the government and the Party to join the visit of temple, augury, extravagant bereavement, play an exemplary role in establishing a good social mode.
Under the encouragement by the spirit of the document of the Central Committee, More than 100 people, came from Li Hongzhi's hometown Changchun, jointly sent detailed material to related departments of the central authorities and revealed that Li Hongzhi is a mountebank on December 12, 1994. (It is reported that one copy was sent to the China Association for Science and Technology, but was not rendered to leads; another three copies were sent to the China Qi Gong Scientific Research Association, a copy was locked in the safe deposit box by Huang Jingbo, one was stolen and sent to Li Hongzhi secretly). At this moment, he was very flurried. He planed to flee. Said by Li Hongzhi clearly at the Falun gong assistant meeting on January 2, 1995, "I must hold the meeting to convene everybody in the New Year. Because many students know I will spread Falun Gong abroad at once." The main Janissary of Li Hongzhi and key cadre sent him to Hong Kong, then Ji Liewu sent him to U.S.A. Hereafter, Li Hongzhi visited Houston of U.S.A. and lectured on May 31, 1995, defrauding the title of emeritus citizen and goodwill ambassador in Houston, then he went to Kuala Lumpur of Malaysia to carry on the visit of one month's speech in August of 1995.

And they planed to hold Falun Dafa to cooperate in San Francisco of U.S.A. for a week. 500 Falun gong disciples gathered around on 21 October in Kaiyue Hotel for the activity.
